For over two decades, our family has perfected the art of Bún Bò Huế — the iconic spicy beef noodle soup from Vietnam's imperial city. What began as a cherished family recipe passed down through generations has become a beloved destination for locals and travelers alike.
Six years ago, we brought our heritage to Đà Nẵng's Sơn Trà district. Every morning before dawn, we begin the slow simmer — pork and beef bones cooked for hours with lemongrass, shrimp paste, and our secret blend of spices. The result is a rich, aromatic broth that carries the soul of Huế in every spoonful.
Each bowl is served with thick rice vermicelli, tender slices of beef, pork knuckle, crab sausage, and a generous plate of fresh herbs and condiments — all prepared with the same care and devotion that our family has maintained for over 20 years.
